In June 2023, the gynecological check-up concludes that there is absolute normality.
In June 2024, she presents a cyst in the right ovary of 4cm in diameter, suffers from the conflict of losing her father. She decides to wait and not undergo chemotherapy treatment that the doctors suggest.
In June 2025, she also presents calcifications in the left ovary, suffers from the conflict of losing her mother and the dog.
The ultrasounds in June 2024 show that the cyst in the right ovary is liquid, the subsequent ultrasounds show a solid cyst.
The tumor indicators begin to appear from June 2025. When the ovary is being rebuilt with functional ovarian tissue.
In October 2025, a CT scan shows that the ovarian tumors are not adhered to the surrounding organs.
In November 2025, they performed the surgery, removing her right ovary, which is 18cm in diameter, and her left ovary, which is 6cm in diameter, and her uterus. The doctors told her that she was lucky, the ovarian tumors did not have adhesions to the surrounding organs, and they were able to perform a very conservative surgical intervention.

Since we are facing a conflict of multiple loss: the father, the mother and the dog, both ovaries have suffered tissue changes and have done so at different times, one before the other.
The conflict of losing the father was experienced first, affecting the right ovary; later the conflict of losing the mother and the dog that affect the left ovary were added.

In addition, we dedicate part of our conversations to reinterpreting death, focusing on Near Death Experiences and on the lectures of Dr. Sans Segarra who explain that Death is not the end of existence (in spanish). A series of resources to accept death and live it with serenity.

More than 9 months have passed from June 2024 to November 2025, this has made it possible for the ovaries to have developed their own vascular system and not have adhesions to the surrounding organs, which has made it easier for the surgical intervention to be limited to removing the ovaries and uterus.

The chronology of SBS has been as follows:

The Active Phase began in September 2023: her father had to undergo emergency surgery for several tumors in the urinary bladder; the right ovary began to show changes that were presented in the gynecological check-up in June 2024.
Months later, the mother fell and broke her pelvis and the dog presented serious health problems and is over 14 years old; the left ovary began to show changes that were shown in the gynecological check-up in June 2025.

The Healing Phase began at the end of September 2025: she presented with abdominal pain, which radiated to the kidney, abdominal swelling and night sweats.
Understanding death as a change of state, as a journey of consciousness to another dimension, enabled him to transcend the conflict and activate the healing phase.

The large size of the ovarian cysts led her to opt for surgical intervention.

In March 2026 she was completely recovered.
