One day, I got so much pain in my right wrist that I couldn't move my hand. Since I already know the 5BN quite well, I knew that I should now take care of the hand. A joint bandage helped me with this. My doctor didn't understand why I had tendonitis. I hadn't done any activity that could have caused that. He prescribed me an ointment, antibiotics and stomach protection. I didn't take any of it.

The story: My dog K. always likes to sniff other dogs he meets and I allow him to do that. In the dog school, however, this is exactly what is prohibited. The dogs should stand next to each other and simply be well-behaved. K. is then very restless and just barks away, which annoys the dog trainer. After some time, the dog trainer said that I should just grab my dog by the neck, then the annoyance is over. Without thinking, I did it. At the same moment I thought "hey, what are you doing..."" I drove home with K. and I was so sorry for what I did, or that I followed this stupid advice. This dog school never saw me again.

A few days later, I had this bad pain in my right wrist. I knew what I had done wrong. And I have the most amazing dog, who only learns with positive reinforcement and all other advice from trainers is simply ignored. The recovery period lasted four weeks (two weeks of intense pain).

Thank you for the nice report. A few days of conflict activity and four weeks of repair – that's how you can see that this emotion "I did something wrong (with my hand)" was intense. During my massage training, some of my colleagues repeatedly had tendonitis on their hands. They believed that they had massaged incorrectly – were criticized, etc.
