Patient tells me on the phone: I have a lot of acid reflux, for 3 weeks --> territorial anger or identity conflict are discussed with her, as well as the option: --> cannot spit out what has been swallowed or cannot absorb or accept what has been swallowed. She thinks there is probably something to the latter. She got a rejection during the probationary period and she is not really over it, and at the end of February there should be a feedback from the personnel manager as to whether another position in the company can be found for her (we have 17.2.).
And today there was an argument with a colleague. She was quite angry in front of the new employee on probation, how long she would still be there (until the end of March) and she still had vacation that she could take, she wants to tell the personnel manager that this is not possible from her colleagues. Good job! Therapy: understanding the problem, a pinch of baking soda if necessary. Feedback on 23.02.2017 No more acid reflux!! She hasn't spoken to the boss yet, he wants to do that at the end of February, so she'll wait another week. --> I always find it impressive how symptoms can only disappear into thin air by understanding the content of the conflict. With the topic of acid reflux, the patient never contacted me again. We have been in contact for years and I am her first point of contact when it comes to health complaints.
